From our pioneering Hyundai store to becoming an Account Director for one of our esteemed clients, Charlotte’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.
Charlotte joined the Rockar family 10 years ago as part of the leadership team with our pioneering Rockar Hyundai store. She was involved in the recruitment, training and leadership of the brand ambassadors, known as angels, and running the store. Charlotte played a pivotal role in delivering a fresh, customer-focused approach to automotive retail, blending empathy, expertise, and innovation to redefine the omnichannel car-buying experience.
From the very start, Charlotte stood out. Her natural ability to understand and connect with customers, paired with an unmatched work ethic, made her a shining example of what Rockar represented. After her time at the Hyundai store, Charlotte transitioned to the Hyundai Aftersales Centre as Aftersales Leader. She brought the skills and insights she had gained from the store, applying them to enhance the aftersales environment and deliver exceptional service to workshop and service customers. It was clear that she was not only excelling in her role but was destined for even greater achievements within RockarTech.
Charlotte’s journey reflects not only her individual drive but also the opportunities RockarTech offers for career growth. Her transition from the Hyundai store, onto the Aftersales environment and then to corporate leadership is a story of passion, perseverance, and professional development.

She embraced every challenge, every learning curve, and every opportunity to make a difference.
