Starting in our pioneering Hyundai store and is now thriving as our Partnership & Innovation Manager at RockarTech, Josh exemplifies what it means to grow with purpose.
Josh’s journey with Rockar began in the Hyundai store, where he was a vital part of our groundbreaking retail experience. Known for his exceptional attention to detail and customer-first approach, Josh quickly became an integral member of the team. When the opportunity arose to assist in the transition to the Rockar Retail Jaguar Land Rover store, Josh stepped up again. This was more than just a move, it was a chance to bring his skills to an even larger stage.
His contributions ensured the successful setup and smooth operation when Rockar Retail moved from Stratford to the new Canary Wharf location, demonstrating his ability to manage challenges and deliver results. Josh’s passion for creating seamless, tech-enabled customer experiences made him a standout in the Stratford location and his knowledge of the product was known across the company!
Josh’s success in the Rockar Retail division laid the foundation for his transition into the corporate side of RockarTech. His deep understanding of the ecommerce customer journey made him a perfect fit for the Partnership & Innovation Manager role. In this capacity, Josh bridges the gap between RockarTech’s innovative solutions and the needs of our clients and partners. Whether it’s fostering new collaborations or exploring cutting-edge technologies, he is instrumental in driving forward our mission to revolutionise omnichannel experiences.
As Partnership & Innovation Manager, Josh’s role is both strategic and creative. He identifies opportunities to enhance partnerships, crafts forward-thinking solutions, and ensures RockarTech stays ahead of industry trends. His experience in retail gives him a unique perspective on the challenges faced by customers and businesses alike, allowing him to develop innovations that truly resonate. Reflecting on his time at RockarTech, Josh shared: ‘’Having spent over 9 years with Rockar I have had the privilege of working with some amazing people and taking part in incredible experiences. I love being able to use my learnings and experience from my time in the retail business to help our clients grow further and challenge the ways in which we drive the business forward.
